A Brand Specializing in “Frangastic” Chicken Protein

Challenge

Lusiaves, a brand of the Lusiaves Group specializing in fresh, frozen, and processed poultry products, tasked our team with developing a strategy centered on the world’s best protein. This concept needed enough flexibility to extend to Social Media. Aligned with the brand’s values, goals, and attributes, the strategy aimed to expand and consolidate the follower base on Instagram, as well as increase brand awareness and engagement.

Idea

To establish a solid and consistent social media presence, we extended the brand’s strategy to the online universe. The “Frangastic” character, previously used only as a sticker, was given its own personality reflecting the brand’s identity and bringing the needed irreverence. It became the protagonist of communication moments. We defined a set of thematic sections addressing various topics such as humor, product launches, recipes, and challenges. Complementary strategies were implemented, with offline actions extending online, such as covering the brand’s presence in Big Brother 2023, an action with singer Rosinha, and participation in the grand Arraial de Benfica.

 

This diverse approach integrated visual, textual, and interactive content, including videos, animations, carousels, and interactive stories with polls, questions, challenges, and quizzes. This brought the brand closer to its followers and potential consumers, encouraging them to follow and interact with the brand on digital platforms and try the products available at points of sale.

Result

The content strategy, focused on diversifying formats and direct interaction through stories and paid media campaigns, resulted in the consolidation of the brand’s presence on social platforms. There was a significant increase in the follower base, with a deeper and stronger connection between the brand and its audience, reflected in greater interaction, awareness, and customer loyalty.
