At GMA Creative Firm, we believe that creativity and impact are only possible when built on ethics, respect, and responsibility. This Ethics & Grievance Channel reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and the well-being of everyone who interacts with us — internally or externally.
This page allows any individual — employee, client, supplier, partner, or community member — to report ethical concerns, grievances, or misconduct in a confidential and respectful manner. You may choose to submit anonymously or to identify yourself.
What can be reported?
You can use this channel to report:

Violations of our Code of Ethics

Discriminatory, unethical, or abusive behavior

Harassment (moral or sexual)

Environmentally harmful practices

Breaches of values or social responsibility

Legitimate concerns about decisions, conduct, or partners of GMA
How we handle your report
All reports are assessed by our Impact & Sustainability Manager, with the involvement of the Ethics Council or senior leadership when required. The process is as follows:

Acknowledgment within 5 business days (if contact is available)

Initial review within 10 business days

Investigation and resolution within 30 business days
-
Outcome shared with the person who submitted, including reasoning if the issue is not accepted as a formal grievance
Zero Retaliation Policy
We guarantee protection for anyone reporting in good faith — whether internal or external.

For internal employees, our disciplinary procedures apply

For suppliers or third parties, we may suspend or terminate business relationships and notify authorities if necessary
