The naming marks the transformation of times, people, mentalities and technology. A platform that focuses on the shift of those who use it, to train better professionals for the future.


The logo encompasses four elements that convey the brand's values ​​and mission:

  • F : potential, development, evolution;

  • T : directions, maps, orientation.

In 2020, at a time when job search reached a new peak, a new platform for the development of professional talent appeared.


This platform needed a brand that would help its users in the next step of their professional careers. For the already existing naming, a visual identity was needed that said to change course, develop talent, look for new paths .
